Stolen Childhoods - Citizenship Lesson (Primary and Secondary)
This lesson is based on Denise Affonço’s story, with an extension project on Ben Helfgott’s experience. It has been produced in partnershop with EveryChild and can be adapted for Primary or Secondary students. It also works in Humanities (Geography) classes.

A Lesson Plan for Humanities on the Rwandan Genocide (Upper Primary/Lower Secondary)
This lesson takes a survivor’s account of the Rwandan genocide and compares the life of a Rwandan teenager with the lives of present day students.
